

Using local special selected brewing rice, “IWAI”
and underground spring water, “SHIRAGIKUSUI”
which was voted as 1st selected pure water in
Japan, we made smooth & well balanced Junmai
shu. The Junmai-Shu is usually made from
polished to 70% rice, however, this “OTAKA”
made from highly polished to 60% (same with
ALCOHOL CONTENT : 15.2%
