This is a YUZU (Japanese citrus) LIQUER made with ginjo
and 100 % real yuzu juice produced in Kochi prefecture.
One would be mesmerized by the genuine aromatic zest of
yuzu that jumps out of the glass. The minimal taste of alcohol
made it so easy to drink that even sake beginners would enjoy
it just like fruit juice. Very light and refreshing, this is the best
aperitif to start a meal with as well as a digestif to wrap up a
wonderful meal. Feel free to enjoy neat or use it in cocktails.
